The breakfast here is fantastic, offering a variety of cheeses, stewed fruits, and juices - it has everything you need.

The rooms are good-sized, silent, and come with a balcony and a safe box. Would love to return, I thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

decent location within walking distance of the train station was a plus. it was also not far from the central shopping / dining / sightseeing area of spoleto. the room was very fabulous, large bed. the breakfast was rich and large and had variety of meals.

Ideal peaceful location near the town center, very helpful staff, everything was great, close to the city wall and other attractions.

It has particularly good and FANTASTIC location just off the centre and restaurants, the center of old town and wonderful shops. Fantastic breakfast with cheeses, local products and croissants, the staff is pleasant and very welcoming.

The hotel is located close to stops leading up to the top, the monastery, and restaurants. the room was spacious, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. - Convenient and excellent location within easy reach of the Centre. - Just a 15-minute walk from a small museum.

The breakfast was high quality for what was on offer, with croissants, local products and sweet.

The room was fairly quiet and bright, with a bathtub available. the location of the hotel was marvelous, at a medium distance from an ancient Roman bridge. - Overall, we had such a great stay for 3 nights.

The breakfast here is superb with amazing food and it's conveniently located in a beautiful area near restaurants and either the historic or new part of town.

Room 204 has a patio area which is nice to chill in before going out in Spoleto.

A bit souless really. Had a Marie Celeste feel about the place and breakfast was pretty poor. Also quite annoyed that paying 13 euros per day for the secure car park and finding another guest had side swiped the hire car got no support from the hotel and ended up with 250 euro excess from Avis. 4 out of 10 overall.

Comfortable rooms with plenty of space and nice bathrooms. the king-sized bed was really comfy. Located in a quiet spot close to public transportation 🚇.

Staff went the extra mile to make me comfortable when I was sick. Attentive to every dertail in the old Italian Grand Hotel tradition. Convenient, reasonable paid indoor overnight parking. Quiet with good views of gardens.
